Wingate, N.C.----In two halves played five days apart due to a weather delay, the Wingate University Bulldogs defeated Emory & Henry 7-0 to earn their first league victory in South Atlantic Conference men's soccer action Thursday afternoon at Pride Park. The Bulldogs improve to 2-2-2 overall and 1-0-1 in conference play, while the Wasps drop to 0-5 overall and 0-2 in league play. The first half of the contest was played Saturday night, with the 'Dogs taking a 4-0 lead until weather halted the game, which was resumed Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
