Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs stayed hot to close out the regular season, scoring twice in the second half to prevail 2-0 over Coker University in South Atlantic Conference women's soccer action Wednesday night at Pride Park. The Bulldogs notch their seventh straight SAC shutout and sixth straight win overall, improving to 13-3-1 overall and 9-2 in the SAC. The Cobras fall to 6-8-2 overall and 2-8-1 in league play.

FIRST HALF
- Wingate took 11 of the 14 shots in the opening 45 minutes
- The Bulldogs put seven shots on frame, with Peters putting a pair of shots on goal
SECOND HALF
- Wingate got on the board in the 70th minute
- Peters sent a free kick into the box which found Larsen
- The All-Region defender scored her seventh goal of the year to put the 'Dogs on top 1-0
- Wingate struck again just 43 seconds later
- Cristy sent a cross to Boaventura, who fired home her fourth goal of the year to make it 2-0
