Fast swims continue for nationally-ranked Wingate at Fall Frenzy

Charlotte, N.C.----The Wingate University men's and women's swimming teams added 14 NCAA B cuts in the Kellianne Nagy Fall Frenzy Invitational at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center in downtown Charlotte Saturday. After two days, the Bulldog men are second out of seven teams, while the WU women are fifth out of 10 squads.
 
Both Wingate teams are listed in the top 10 in the Friday, November 17 College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) NCAA Division II top 25 dual meet rankings. The Wingate women are No. 7, while the Bulldog men are No. 10. The three-day event concludes Sunday with preliminaries at 9:30 a.m. and finals at 5 p.m. Queens University of Charlotte is hosting the annual event.
