Wingate, N.C.----The Lincoln Memorial University Railsplitters picked up a 68-62 victory at Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action Sunday afternoon in Cuddy Arena. LMU improves to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 5-3 overall and 1-1 in league play.

- A Geovana Rios triple pushed the lead to 10 in the opening minute
- A Clark triple and three-point play cut the lead to three at 26-23
- Clark's layup at the 7:16 mark made it a one-point game
- LMU scored the next 12, taking a 38-25 lead on a Lauren Flowers layup
- Wilson's three-point play cut the lead to eight at 38-30
THIRD QUARTER
- A Smiddy triple extended the LMU lead back to 13 early in the second half
- Baraldi's jumper capped a 6-0 run that made it 43-36 at the 6:56 mark
- A Rios triple with six minutes to go pushed the lead back to 10
- An Anderson bucket at the 4:23 mark made it 46-40
- Smiddy's layup gave the Railsplitters a 12-point cushion with 2:46 remaining
- WU scored the final six points of the quarter, with two Clark free throws making it 52-46
FOURTH QUARTER
- Wilson's bucket in the opening minute pulled the 'Dogs to within four
- A Breedlove layup at the 6:36 mark made it 54-52
- A Savage layup at the midway point pushed the lead back to six
- Breedlove's bucket with 1:50 to go cut the deficit back to four
- A Jordan Maney bucket and two Smiddy free throws made it 64-56 with 46 seconds left
- Hege buried a triple with 31 seconds left to make it a three-point game
- Smiddy answered with two free throws to push it back to five
