Clark’s career night leads Bulldogs to 82-79 victory at Coker

Hartsville, S.C.----Hannah Clark poured in a career-high 29 points Wednesday night, leading the Wingate University Bulldogs to an 82-79 victory at Coker University in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action. Wingate improves to 6-3 overall and 2-1 in the SAC, while the Cobras fall to 7-2 overall and 2-1 in league play.

- Wingate shot 47 percent from the field, going three-for-10 from three-point range (30 percent)
- Coker shot 38 percent from the field, connecting on five-of-22 from deep (23 percent)

- Wingate answered with an 11-1 run, getting seven points from Clark and four from Breedlove

- A Mya Wasswa jumper in the final seconds cut the lead to three at 22-19

SECOND QUARTER

- A Wasswa layup two minutes in tied it at 24

- Another Clark bucket with 55 seconds left gave the Bulldogs a 76-71 advantage
- A pair of Wilson free throws with 32 seconds remaining gave Wingate a seven-point lead
- Three more Clark free throws put the Bulldogs on top 81-73 with 12 seconds left
