Wingate, N.C.----The 12th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs scored double-digit runs for the second straight day, taking down the University of Charleston 10-7 to finish off the three-game sweep in NCAA Division II baseball action at Ron Christopher Stadium. Wingate improves to 4-2 overall, while the Golden Eagles fall to 0-3 on the year.

- An RBI single from Dellerman pulled the Golden Eagles within two
- Adams led off the bottom of the frame with a single, then moved to third on a walk and wild pitch

EIGHTH INNING
- A Dansky single, followed by an error put the first two Bulldogs on
- Adams plated Dansky with an RBI single, while Barnett followed with an RBI single to score King
- A Carson Simpson sacrifice fly made it 9-3
- McKay followed with an RBI double, driving home Barnett to give Wingate a 10-3 lead
NINTH INNING
- A Drew Klaserner three-run homer highlighted a four-run ninth for Charleston
- Johnson came in to get the three-pitch strikeout to end it
