Mars Hill, N.C.----The 22nd-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs took game one of Sunday's doubleheader 7-3 at Mars Hill University to claim the three-game series in South Atlantic Conference baseball action. The Lions prevailed 6-1 in game two. Wingate moves to 11-4 overall and 2-1 in the SAC, while the Lions go to 3-13 overall and 1-2 in league play.
