What They Are Saying
Wingate head cross country coach, assistant track and field coach
Pol Domenech
"We are all so proud of Hamza and his meet and school records. We had a perfect race set up for him and the rest of the Wingate men Saturday. We had a pace setter at the NCAA qualifier mark and the plan was to push the pace the last few laps.
Scott Nutter,
Cas Kopmels,
Oliver Way and Hamza did exactly what we asked, resulting in four personal-best times and four top-15 marks in the nation. Hamza only joined us this semester and we are so excited to see him develop and improve over the years. His name is at the top of the Wingate indoor 3000 meters' list, but what everyone knows him for is his contagious smile."
