Buffalo, N.Y.----The Wingate University Bulldogs scored twice in the first six minutes Tuesday afternoon, rolling to a 5-0 victory at D'Youville University in NCAA Division II field hockey action. Wingate moves to 4-1 on the year, while the Saints fall to 4-6 overall.

- Grace Gerner scored a pair of goals
- Rylie Cordrey also scored a goal, taking a game-high five shots
- Coda Fisher added a goal
- Riley Robinson also scored a goal for the 'Dogs
- Lauren Montgomery and Sam Pearson each added an assist
- Audra Szymborski notched a save to preserve the shutout

FIRST QUARTER

- Gerner started the scoring 5:07 into the contest
- Her goal put the 'Dogs on top 1-0
- Wingate struck again 21 seconds later
- It was Fisher's goal that made it 2-0

SECOND QUARTER

- Cordrey pushed the advantage to three just five minutes into the second frame
- Gerner's second goal of the day came with seven minutes left in the half, making it 4-0
- Montgomery had the assist on the goal

FOURTH QUARTER

- Wingate capped the scoring less than two minutes into the final frame
- Robinson scored off Pearson's assist, making the final margin 5-0
