What They Are Saying
Wingate head cross country coachÂ
Pol Domenech
"We are very excited to start our last four weeks of the season with both teams in a great place mentally and physically. The South Atlantic Conference meet was a great day for our programs as they came away with both titles, but more importantly, lots of positive energy and camaraderie."
Â
"November 23 is getting closer and we believe we are in a great place right now. We just have to put together the final touches to be able to compete at NCAAs and show the best version of ourselves."Â
