Wingate, N.C.----The 14th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs got dominant outings from
Sydney Kale and
Hali Scott Saturday afternoon, holding UVA Wise to just three hits in two games en route to a doubleheader sweep in NCAA Division II softball action. Wingate won by scores of 3-1 and 9-0 (5 Innings) to improve to 19-4 overall and 2-0 in the SAC, while the Cavaliers fall to 6-10 overall and 0-2 in league play.
