Greeneville, Tenn.----The Wingate University Bulldogs had five different players combine to connect on six homers Saturday afternoon, as Wingate split a doubleheader at Tusculum University in South Atlantic Conference baseball action. The Pioneers won the opener 14-8, while the 'Dogs prevailed 10-6 in the finale. Wingate goes to 20-13 overall and 12-6 in the SAC, while Tusculum moves to 20-14 overall and 14-7 in league play.
