Sumter, S.C.----The Catawba College Indians went 4-0 in singles play Saturday afternoon, rallying for a 4-1 victory over top-seeded and sixth-ranked Wingate University in the championship match of the South Atlantic Conference women's tennis tournament. The Indians improve to 16-6 overall, while the 'Dogs fall to 19-2 on the season.

- The Indians won in two sets at three, four and five singles to take a 3-1 lead
- A 6-1, 7-5 victory at two singles clinched the title for Catawba
- Siska was up a set at one singles when the match was clinched
