Tigerville, S.C.----The third-seeded and 19th-ranked University of Mount Olive Trojans scored the final six runs of the day Thursday afternoon, rallying for a 7-6 victory over sixth-seeded Wingate University on the opening day of the 2024 NCAA Southeast Regionals. The Trojans improve to 38-16 overall, while the Bulldogs fall to 33-24 on the season.

- Barnett crushed a three-run shot to left center to make it 4-1
- It is his eighth homer in the last seven games, while also tying the WU single-season record

- He scored on Clark's RBI double to put the 'Dogs on top by five
