Natalia Dwojak (Lublin, Poland) is this week's South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Swimmers of the Week, as selected by the league's corporate office. Dwojak is honored for the second time this season and the fifth time in her illustrious Wingate career.

Reigning SAC Swimmer of the Year
Natalia Dwojak compiled 58 points, leading No. 9 Wingate to a fourth-place finish in the star-studded Kellianne Nagy Fall Frenzy Invitational Thursday through Sunday. She captured first place in the 100 Breaststroke (1:01.53) and contributed top-10 finishes in the 50 Freestyle and three relays (the 200 and 400 Medley Relays and the 200 Freestyle Relay).
Dwojak and her teammates defeated four NCAA Division I schools on the 10-squad leader board. Wingate outdistanced La Salle, UNC Asheville, Incarnate Word (Texas) and Gardner-Webb from Division I and Catawba and Florida Tech from Division II. Defending D2 national champion Nova Southeastern won the Fall Frenzy, followed by D1 programs UNC Wilmington and Queens University of Charlotte.
On the Horizon for the Bulldogs
Both Wingate teams will take a well-deserved Thanksgiving break Wednesday through Sunday. Fall semester final examinations begin December 8. The Bulldogs return to the pool Friday and Saturday, December 12-13 as they host South Atlantic Conference rival Carson-Newman at the Wingate University Natatorium.
