Champions Campaign Central

Wingate, N.C.----Building on the momentum of another historic year, Wingate University Athletics is proud to announce the return of the Wingate Athletics Champions Campaign, running November 3–21, 2025.

"Wingate Athletics succeeds because of the people who believe in us - our alumni, families, and friends who continue to invest in the growth of our programs and our student-athletes," Director of Athletics Joe Reich says. "Every contribution, large or small, strengthens the Bulldog family and our shared tradition of excellence."

This annual fundraising initiative unites alumni, parents, and friends in support of 30 athletic teams, more than 900 student-athletes, as well as cheerleading and The Spirit of the Gate marching band. Together, Bulldog Nation is powering success on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

Wingate Athletics continues to set the standard for excellence. Last year, the Bulldogs earned a second-place national finish in the Learfield Directors' Cup standings - the highest among all schools in the South Atlantic Conference - and captured their 17th Echols Athletic Excellence Cup. This fall, Wingate programs are again competing for conference and national titles, showcasing the university's commitment to academic and athletic achievement.

Supporters can give to the Bulldog Athletics Fund, which supports Athletics' greatest needs, or directly to their favorite team. Every dollar raised goes 100% to the chosen team or fund, making an immediate impact for student-athletes.
