Bulldogs and Bearcats split season-opening doubleheader

Greenwood, S.C.----The Lander University Bearcats opened the day with a 4-2 victory over #19 Wingate University, while the Bulldogs bounced back for a 10-5 victory in game two of the season-opening doubleheader in NCAA Division II softball action. Both teams start the season 1-1.
