Belmont, N.C.----The Belmont Abbey College Crusaders jumped out to a 2-0 lead Wednesday afternoon en route to a 3-1 victory over visiting Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference field hockey action. The Crusaders improve to 1-3 overall and 1-1 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in league play.
