Gulfport, Fla.----The No. 3 Wingate University women's golf team won its second tournament in as many tries Tuesday, taking the team title by 11 strokes in the Eckerd College Invitational. The Bulldogs had a two-over-par 290 Tuesday to complete three rounds at 877. Second-place Flagler finished at 888. The Eckerd College Tritons hosted this event at the
Pasadena Yacht and Country Club.

Henriette Stranda battled like two prize fighters Tuesday, each taking the other's best shot. Stranda prevailed, posting a three-under-par 69 Tuesday to complete 54 holes at seven-under-par 209. Bochaton had a four-under-par 68 Tuesday following rounds of 70 and 72 Monday. She compiled a 54-hole score of six-under-par 210, falling one shot shy of Stranda's mark.

Olivia Meinecke tied for fourth place at three-over-par 219. She had a one-over-par 73 Tuesday. Senior

Haley Paramore had identical rounds of 76 Tuesday. Perez-Vieco tied for 12th place at 225, while Paramore was all alone in 14th place at 226.
