Florence, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs led by as many as 26 Wednesday afternoon en route to an 85-73 victory at Francis Marion in NCAA Division II men's basketball action. Wingate improves to 7-4 overall, while the Patriots fall to 2-9 on the season.

- Cole Deptula's jumper cut the lead back to four
- Godley scored the next six points, giving Wingate a 10-point cushion with 8:11 to go
- Duncan Alevok's bucket at the 5:41 mark cut the lead back to six

- Back-to-back Godley threes made it 62-39 at the midway point
