Belmont, N.C.----The 14th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs outscored Belmont Abbey College 7-0 in the second half Saturday night en route to a 14-6 victory in NCAA Division II women's lacrosse action. The Bulldogs improve to 3-1 on the season, while the Crusaders fall to 4-3 overall.

- Fuchs scored off Garvin's assist just over a minute later to make it 4-2
SECOND QUARTER
- Emerson Sheyda scored in the opening minute to cut the lead to one
- Solero scored off a Diedrich assist a minute later to push the lead back to two
- Sheyda answered a minute later to make it 5-4
- Jones scored off Knutson's assist at the midway point, pushing the advantage back to two
- Katelyn Miller scored with 37 seconds left, tying it at six
- Jones scored off Solero's assist with one second left, giving the 'Dogs a 7-6 halftime lead
THIRD QUARTER
- Jones scored just over a minute into the second half
- Benner's goal at the 9:16 mark made it 9-6
FOURTH QUARTER
- Jones scored two minutes into the final frame to put the 'Dogs in double figures
- Solero's goal off a Jones assist at the 5:26 mark made it 11-6
- Glover scored with 3:45 remaining to push the lead to six
- Glover's goal with 1:12 to go made it 13-6
- Solero scored off a Garvin assist with 19 seconds left, making the final margin 14-6
