Rock Hill, S.C.---The South Atlantic Conference announced the regular season beach volleyball award winners Thursday afternoon, with the Wingate University Bulldogs earning a pair of second team All-SAC honors. The pairs team of Lilou Thieme and Kate Beezer, along with the duo of Ella Harm and Noami Hilliard have both collected second team all-conference recognition.

Thieme and Beezer have played number one pairs for the Bulldogs all season. The duo has piled up 11 victories, including three wins in league play. Thieme and Beezer had a 4-0 week during the season to collect SAC Pair of the Week accolades.

Harm and Hilliard also picked up second team All-SAC honors. The duo has played all season at number two pairs, earning 12 victories on the season. That includes five wins in league play for the pair.

The Bulldogs are back in action this weekend, traveling to Tennessee for the SAC Tournament. Wingate begins tourney play against Carson-Newman Friday at 12:30 p.m., then takes on Catawba at 4 p.m.
