Biography
Brittney Sawyer is a three-year Wingate cheerleading letter winner. On campus, she is a member of the Wingate Gospel Choir and the WU women’s choir. She joined the Bulldog family from Weddington High School, where she cheered four years. Sawyer was the captain her sophomore and senior years; her coach was Shannon Winchester. Sawyer gave back to the community by serving as assistant coach for the Weddington Middle school cheerleading team. Brittney is the daughter of Preston and Sharleen Sawyer.
