Andrew Nidiffer is a valuable member of the Bulldog offensive line. Thanks to Nidiffer and his teammates, Wingate was third in the league in passing offense during the 2007 season. The Bulldogs averaged over 242 yards passing per game. Also, Nelson Woods rushed for 1,174 yards last season. In 2006, the Wingate passing game ranked first among SAC teams (and eighth in NCAA Division II) at 273.8 yards per game. Also, the Bulldogs were listed second in the SAC in total offense per game with 342.7 yards per contest in 2006. A regular on the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, Nidiffer was an All-County Scholar Athlete at Joseph Wheeler High School. He graduated with honors from Wheeler. On the playing field, Nidiffer served as a co-captain in football his senior season. His dad (Toby) played basketball at Georgia Tech.
