Personal: Samuel Heda played football four seasons at Central Academy of Technology and Arts (CATA). A quarterback/linebacker, he was the Cougars’ Charlotte Touchdown Club Award nominee. Heda won CATA’s Gridiron team award as well. Central Academy’s senior class president, Heda was a four-year member of the Cougar golf team. He was All-Rocky River Conference three years on the links. An accomplished musician, Heda has attended summer programs at the Berklee School of Music and the N.C. School of the Arts. He attended a UNC Chapel Hill Leadership Forum on Medicine as well. Samuel is the son of Howard and Ragan Heda.
