2016-17: Stephen Misenheimer did not play during his first season at Wingate. 

Prior to Wingate: Misenheimer was a three-time all-conference, all-county and all-district selection at North Stanly High School...A team captain, Misenheimer is North Stanly's all-time leading scorer...Was named the conference and county Player of the Year...Helped lead the team to a conference title in 2014, while also leading North Stanly to three consecutive sweet 16 appearances in the state tournament.
