Biography

2014: A first team All-South Atlantic Conference selection, Gebhardt won three of his last four tournaments to earn an individual bid to the NCAA regionals…he was the medalist at the SAC men’s golf tournament…he posted a three-round total of 216 (77-67-72) to take the tournament crown by 11 strokes...in the 2014 Armstrong Pirate Invitational at Savannah Quarters Country Club, Gebhardt tied for eighth place at 215 (72-73-70)…only two of 90 players shot a better third round score than did Gebhardt…he took the top spot in Wingate’s 14th annual J. Ralph Hargett Memorial Intercollegiate tournament at the National Golf Club in Pinehurst…Gebhardt finished the two-day, 36-hole event with a two-over-par 146…he shot a second-round 75 to go with his first-round 71…Gebhardt led the tournament with 27 pars…he also earned medalist honors at the 2014 Richard Rendleman Invitational, hosted by Catawba…Gebhardt shot a two-under-par, second-round 69 to complete the two-day, 36-hole event at 142…After 36 holes, Gebhardt and Queens’ Alex Weare were tied at 142…Gebhardt earned the medalist trophy on the first play-off hole with an eight-foot sliding putt…He led the Bulldogs with his 73.1 strokes per round average…Gebhardt had six top-five placements, seven top 10s and eight top-20 showings…
