Biography

2012-13: Dylon Johnson received All-American honors in the 400 Freestyle Relay and the 800 Freestyle Relay at the NCAA Division II national championship meet in Birmingham. Johnson helped the Bulldogs finish third in the 800 Free Relay (6:35.24) and sixth in the 400 Free Relay (2:57.54). Johnson and his teammates won Bluegrass Mountain Conference gold medals in both events at the 15th annual BMC Swimming Championships. 

In addition to his BMC relay triumphs, Johnson was All-BMC in the 100 Freestyle and the 200 Freestyle. He won the 500 Freestyle “B” final at the BMC championships. His times in the 100 Freestyle (45.44) and the 200 Freestyle (1:39.78) registered as top 10 all-time finishes in Wingate’s history for those specific races (WU Swim top time report).
