2018: Preseason All-SAC…team captain…
 
2017: All-South Atlantic Conference, first team…second on the WU scoring charts with 50 total goals and six assists in 17 games (16 starts)…totaled 17 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers on season…led the SAC with her 60.0 percent free-position rate (12 scores in 20 chances)…fourth in the SAC in both draw controls (3.59) and goals per game (2.94)…50 goals were sixth on the SAC list…tallied five goals in back-to-back games versus Newberry (April 8) and NAIA number one SCAD Savannah (April 14)…had five four-goal performances on the season and scored a season-high seven goals in the season finale against Tusculum…
 
2016: All-SAC, honorable mention…O’Neal started in 17 games at the attack position in her first season in the Navy Blue and Vegas Gold…finished third on the WU team list with 42 goals…racked up 13 assists, good for third on the team…finished fourth in points (55)…completed her stat sheet with two man-up goals, 93 shots, 63 shots on goal and 11 caused turnovers…posted a season-high five tallies twice in SAC contests against Catawba and Tusculum…tied a season-high with two assists in victories over North Greenville and Lincoln Memorial…

Junior College: Shannon O’Neal played lacrosse from 2012-15 at Anne Arundel Junior College in Arnold, Md. She was an all-tournament selection in the 2013 NJCAA Women’s Lacrosse National Tournament and a first team All-American for head coach Jim Griffiths.
 
High School: O’Neal played lacrosse and ran indoor track and cross country at Severna Park High School in Severna Park, Md. from 2008-12. O’Neal played midfield for head lacrosse coach Carin Peterson, serving as a team captain in 2011. She led her team to state championships in 2008 and 2010.
