2017: Caileigh Apicella earned second team All-SAC honors during her junior season...Started all 15 game for the Bulldogs...Led the team with 1401 minutes played… Notched an assist during the 3-1 victory at Tusculum...Played a huge role in the Wingate defense that led the SAC during the regular season in goals against average...The Bulldogs allowed just seven goals in 12 regular season matches, registering six shutouts. 

2016: Apicella appeared in 17 games during her sophomore season at Wingate, making six starts…Had a goal and two assists while helping the Bulldogs lead the SAC with a 0.60 goals-against average…Wingate finished second in the league with 12 shutouts…Had an assist in 3-0 win against Pfeiffer…Notched a goal and an assist in 7-0 victory against LMU.

2015: Apicella appeared in all 20 games during her freshman season at Wingate, making 19 starts for the Bulldogs…Helped Wingate’s defense lead the league with a 0.57 goals-against average, allowing only three goals in 11 league games while piling up a conference-best 12 shutouts…Finished fifth on the team in minutes played, logging nearly 1400 minutes in her freshman campaign…Her lone goal of the season was the game-winner in double overtime at Newberry, giving the ‘Dogs the 2-1 victory.
