2013-14: Laura Godenzi swam the following career-best times at the ninth annual SCAD College Invitational in Savannah, Ga. Dec. 5: 57.95 (100 Freestyle), 1:01.42 (100 Butterfly) and 2:15.66 (200 Butterfly). At the Quad Meet in Charlotte, she swam 26.63 in the 50 Freestyle.
 
She also swam two top times at the Queens vs. Wingate meet: 58.30 (100 Freestyle) and 1:02.28 (100 Butterfly). Godenzi opened her collegiate career at the 2013 All-N.C. Invitational in Greensboro with the following times: 59.06 (100 Freestyle), 1:03.35 (100 Fly), and 2:22.47 (200 Fly) (WU Swim top time report).

Personal: Godenzi hails from Chur, Switzerland. The daughter of Claudio and Sabina Godenzi, she attended Buendner Kantonsschule High School. At Regionals, she was the multiple age group champion in four different events. At Nationals, she was the 2013 Swiss Champion in the 4x100 Medley Relay. Godenzi’s top three events and times are 100 Fly (1:05.33, Long Course), 50 Fly (29.74, Long Course) and 100 Free (1:01.51, Long Course). When Godenzi is not swimming, she loves to listen to music.
