2018-19 (SENIOR)
- Team captain for second consecutive year
- At NCAA meet, three first team All-American swims in 400 Medley Relay and 400/800 Freestyle Relays
- In BMC meet, four first team all-league swims in 200/400/800 Freestyle Relays and 100 Freestyle
- Collected BMC silver medals in two events: 800 Freestyle Relay (7:24.27) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3:25.11)
- Earned BMC bronze medals in 200 Freestyle Relay (1:34.21) and 100 Freestyle (50.85)
- Won BMC consolation finals in the 50 Freestyle (23.62) and the 200 Freestyle (1:51.82)
- Received CSCAA Scholar All-American honors for her achievements in the classroom and the pool
- Career: 19 All-BMC swims and 12 All-American swims
2017-18 (JUNIOR)
- Team captain
- Defended NCAA Division II national championship in the 800 Freestyle Relay with three teammates
- Madsen and her relay mates posted a finals time of 7:17.80 to take the gold medal
- Two All-American swims (800 Free Relay, 200 Free Relay)

- Swam individual personal-bests in the 50 Freestyle (23.87) and the 200 Freestyle (1:52.68) at the aforementioned BMC championship meet
