2015: Megan Schildmeyer appeared in 19 matches during her first season at Wingate, making one start…Finished second on the team with 5.0 assists per set, adding 1.57 digs per set to go along with 12 kills, six blocks and five aces…Collected 13 assists and seven digs in her collegiate debut against Columbus State, adding three kills…Compiled 16 assists and six digs at Mars Hill, while registering 22 assists and six digs against Lenoir-Rhyne…Had 22 assists and six digs in two sets against Brevard, while piling up 31 assists and six digs at Queens…Collected 14 assists and seven digs in one set at Anderson.

Personal: Schildmeyer had five years of experience with the Sports Performance Volleyball Club in Chicago, regarded as one of the top junior clubs in the country...Served double duty as the team's top setter as well as playing a role as an attacker for her highly successful St. Charles East High School team...Led the team in kills in each of her final two seasons, earning team MVP honors along with academic all-conference accolades...Also earned All-State recognition and was named an Illinois State Scholar...Was a team captain as a senior, earning Mizuno Cup All-Tournament honors while also being selected as an All-Area team captain...Was a member of the National Honor Society...Had the highest GPA on the team...Megan's mother played collegiate volleyball at Virginia Tech while her father played football at the Naval Academy...
