Sophomore libero Maggie Malone (Chicago, Ill.) averaged 5.67 digs per set to help lead the Bulldogs to a pair of key SAC road victories over the weekend. Malone racked up a school-record 41 digs in the 3-2 win at Lincoln Memorial Saturday, while adding four aces. Malone had 10 digs in the 3-1 win at Carson-Newman Friday. The Bulldogs are now 20-1 overall and 8-0 in the SAC. They have won 38 straight SAC matches. Malone is averaging 4.26 digs per set while collecting a team-high 30 aces.
