Alexis Burrell hit .455 in four conference games last week for the Bulldogs. She had two homers and three RBI , scoring four runs. Burrell slugged 1.091 on the week while compiling an on-base percentage of .538.

Burrell started her week by going one-for-three with a run scored at Lenoir-Rhyne, scoring the tying run in the top of the seventh inning. She went two-for-three with a double and a homer in the second game. She was one-for-two with a run scored against Carson-Newman, while going two-for-three with a homer in the second game of Saturday’s doubleheader.

Burrell ranks fifth in the SAC with a .385 batting average. She is second in the league with nine homers, nine doubles, an .802 slugging percentage and 73 total bases while ranking fourth with 28 RBI.
