Gaffney, S.C.----The number three Limestone College men's lacrosse team earned a 15-6 NCAA Division II victory over Wingate University Wednesday afternoon at the LC Upper Practice Field. The Saints bolted to an 11-1 lead and never looked back, improving to 8-1 overall. The Bulldogs are 5-3 overall.

Zak Goings (Haymarket, Va.) scored two goals each for the visiting Bulldogs. Ten different Saints scored at least one goal. Sophomore attack

Steen Swedstedt (Mercer Island, Wash.) scored the game's first goal on an EMO power play. He was assisted by junior attack
Cory Schumacher (Gainesville, Va.) with 8:17 remaining in the first quarter. Limestone scored two goals in the next 70 seconds to take the lead for good.
