Wingate, N.C.----The visiting Newberry College Wolves outscored Wingate University 44-33 in the second half Tuesday afternoon, prevailing 83-75 in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. The Wolves improve to 2-1, while the Bulldogs see their four-game winning streak come to an end, falling to 4-3 overall and 4-3 in league play.
