Destin Clark piled up a career-high 28 points Saturday afternoon, including the game-winning tip-in the final seconds of overtime to lead the Bulldogs to a thrilling 82-79 victory over visiting Carson-Newman University in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. Wingate has won four straight and seven of its last eight, moving to 15-4 overall and 11-4 in the SAC. The Eagles fall to 12-6 overall and 9-5 in league play.
