Wingate, N.C.—-The Wingate University Bulldogs allowed just three runs Saturday afternoon, splitting their doubleheader with Adelphi University in NCAA Division II softball action. Wingate dropped the opener 3-2, but bounced back for a 1-0 victory in the second game, moving to 14-5 on the season, while the Panthers move to 1-3.
