What They Are Saying
Wingate graduate student-athlete Abby Heath

"Going into this weekend, we were expecting some PRs because we knew it would be good competition. We were looking forward to making use of the fast track. Running the 400 and hitting a personal-best was such a nice surprise and a huge relief for me. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next for me in this event and seeing if I can knock off some more time and move up on the nationals list!"

"We also broke the school record and notched a provisional qualifying time in the DMR. This was super exciting and such a fun race to run. We didn't run exactly how we wanted to, but we are glad to have had the experience and are looking forward to running it again in the coming weeks and getting into nationals."

"I am so proud of my teammates who competed this weekend. We have all worked very hard and everything is coming together nicely. We are eager and awaiting conference in the next couple weeks. We are wanting to come home with some gold hardware and big trophies!"
