Rock Hill, S.C.----The South Atlantic Conference announced the men's tennis all-conference awards Wednesday morning, and the regular season SAC champion Bulldogs had seven players earn league honors. Florian Walcher and Gabriel Constantino are first team All-SAC singles honorees, with Jonas Grasmueck and Edis Nokic earning second team accolades. The doubles duo of Constantino and Nokic, along with the doubles team of Walcher and Carlo Rosselini earn first team All-SAC doubles honors, with Luka Brown and Hugo Nossler picking up second team All-SAC doubles accolades. In addition, Derrick Taylor has been named the SAC Coach of the year.

Walcher earns first team All-SAC singles honors for the second straight season. The nation's 37^th-ranked player, Walcher is 15-1 on the season, playing all 16 matches at #1 singles. The reigning SAC Freshman of the Year is 9-1 against league opponents. He is also 2-0 against NCAA Division I opponents, while also notching a victory against the top-ranked singles player in the nation at Columbus State.

Constantino earns all-conference accolades for the first time in his career. The nation's 50^th-ranked player is 15-4 on the year, going 12-4 at two singles while adding a 3-0 mark at number one singles. Constantino is a perfect 12-0 against SAC opponents this season.

Grasmueck also earns all-conference honors for the first time in his career. The senior is 15-1 on the year, going 11-0 at number six singles while adding three wins at five singles and a victory at four singles. Grasmueck is 10-1 against SAC opponents this season.

Nokick is another first time All-SAC selection. The junior is 14-5 in singles play, going 12-4 at number three singles and 2-1 at two singles. Nokick is 10-2 against SAC opponents.

The Constantino/Nokic doubles duo has piled up 15 victories on the season, going 15-2 with 12 wins coming at one doubles and three coming at two doubles. They are 9-1 against SAC opponents.

Walcher and Rosselini have teamed up together eight times, going 8-0 with all of those matches coming at two doubles. They are 5-0 against SAC opponents.

Brown and Nossler have played 10 matches together, compiling a 9-1 record with a 6-1 mark at three singles and a 3-0 record at two singles. They are 9-0 against SAC opponents.

Taylor earns SAC Coach of the Year honors in his first season at Wingate. He has guided the Bulldogs to a 17-2 record this season, with a perfect 12-0 mark in league play to capture the regular season SAC title. The Bulldogs have climbed up to #14 in the ITA national rankings. Wingate's only two losses this season have come at Division I foe Gardner-Webb and a 4-3 setback at #2 Columbus State.

Wingate is the number one seed in this week's SAC Tournament. The Bulldogs open things up by taking on eighth-seeded Newberry Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C. The winner faces the winner of the Limestone vs. Anderson match in Friday's semifinals at 1p.m. The championship match is slated for Saturday at 1 p.m. in Sumter.
