Wingate, N.C.----The 16th-ranked Lenoir-Rhyne University Bears outscored Wingate University 47-36 in the second half Wednesday night, prevailing 82-77 in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. LR improves to 16-3 overall and 14-2 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 8-9 overall and 7-8 in league play.
