Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University seniors Titouan Le Grix (Baillargues, France) and Ennessey Sorrells (Portsmouth, Va.) are this week's South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, league officials announce from corporate headquarters.

Le Grix won the men's 1500 meters in the Duke Invitational this past weekend. Le Grix posted a personal-best, school-record and 2025 NCAA Division II number one time of 3:41.39 to take the Duke gold medal.
 
Earlier this season, Le Grix ran a school-record 5000 meters time of 13:28.23 at the Raleigh Relays. His 5000 meters mark is the No. 1 NCAA Division II time this season and the No. 4 NCAA Division II all-time mark.
 
Ennessey Sorrells
SAC Women's Outdoor T&F Field Athlete of the Week
 
Sorrells' personal-best triple jump mark of 12.11 meters at last weekend's Duke Invitational placed her seventh in the meet, No. 2 in the Southeast Region and No. 1 in the SAC with an NCAA D2 provisional qualifying mark. Sorrells won the 2025 SAC indoor championships triple jump in early March with her season-best mark of 11.87 meters.

The Bulldogs will compete in the three-day Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California Wednesday through Friday, April 16-18.
