What They Are Saying
Wingate head coach Kevin Hennessy

"Overall, this was a great meet and a great weekend in Tampa. We are always love getting to see our team step up and race. Even shorthanded, we raced and competed against a couple of the top teams in the country. Going against Tampa and Lynn was a great test as well as a lot of fun."

"Both of these teams have a lot of good swimmers and there was a lot of great racing all the way around. We are looking forward to seeing them both again at nationals in March. We are very proud of this team and where we are after our last dual meet. With conference coming up in a month, we are very excited to see how we finish out the year. WU WHAT? WU SWIM!"

Wingate senior student-athlete Natalia Dwojak (Lublin, Poland)

"Saturday's meet had a great atmosphere, and as a team we truly enjoyed being together. Everyone gave their best effort, even though it was challenging to compete after a full week of intense training. Despite the fatigue, the meet turned out to be a positive experience and a refreshing break from our daily routine. The good weather and supportive environment made it even more enjoyable and motivating for everyone involved."

"The competition went very well overall, and it was inspiring to watch my teammates race and to cheer them on throughout the meet. Seeing the effort, determination and team spirit on display made the experience truly special. I am very proud of everyone's performance and grateful to be surrounded by such dedicated and supportive people on this team."
