Wingate, N.C.----Laney Beale was an assist away from a triple-double Wednesday evening, leading the Wingate University Bulldogs to a 69-68 victory over Anderson University in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. Wingate improves to 13-6 overall and 8-5 in the SAC, while the Trojans fall to 8-11 overall and 4-9 in league play.

- An Ashley Hill triple two minutes into the half gave the Trojans a 46-31 advantage
