Hickory, N.C.----The 25th-ranked Lenoir-Rhyne University Bears won their 12th straight game Wednesday night, prevailing 98-69 over visiting Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action. The Bears improve to 17-4 overall and 13-2 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 14-7 overall and 9-6 in league play.
