Evansville, Ind.----Wingate University freshman
Nicolo Cariboni (men's 200 Breaststroke) and the two Bulldog 400 Freestyle Relay squads will swim for national titles Saturday evening at the NCAA Division II swimming and diving national championships. This year's event is being contested inside the
Deaconess Aquatic Center in Evansville, Indiana. Cariboni posted a time of 1:57.83 in the morning preliminaries.
Three Bulldogs will have an opportunity to make first team All-American in the 1650 Freestyle timed finals. Sophomore
Fernando Dehaudt (15:14.66) and freshman
Emil Heigre (15:16.34) swam the top two AM times in the men's event, while sophomore
Livia Kingsland (17:01.03) had the fourth-fastest AM time in the women's race.
Wingate's 400 Freestyle Relay squads will swim for national titles Saturday night. The Bulldog men are the No. 2 seed, thanks to a qualifying time of 2:53.02. Drury is the No. 1 seed with a seed time of 2:51.78. The Wingate women are the No. 12 seed in the 400 Free Relay with a qualifying mark of 3:23.93.

Vladimir Krstulovic will race in the 100 Freestyle
- Sebbata had a 43.31 in the AM session, while Krstulovic swam a 43.63
- Senior
Nicol Bellardi will swim in the women's 200 Back consolation finals (2:01.39)
- Sophomore
Luca Ichim and senior
Ney Chagas Filho made the men's 200 Back race
- Ichim has the fastest consolation final time with his 1:44.56 posting
- Chagas Filho swam a time of 1:44.85 in morning prelims
