#6 Wingate rallies past #2 Anderson behind Butrico’s 11-goal effort

Anderson, S.C.----The sixth-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs erased a six-goal deficit at #2 Anderson University Wednesday night, getting an incredible 11 goals from Vinny Butrico in a thrilling 19-18 victory in South Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse action. The Bulldogs improve to 6-1 overall and 4-0 in the SAC, while the Trojans fall to 7-1 overall and 1-1 in league play.
