Rock Hill, S.C.----The South Atlantic Conference announced the 2026 men's tennis regular season award winners Wednesday afternoon, with five Bulldogs earning league recognition. Ruben LeBron is the SAC Freshman of the Year, while also earning first team All-SAC singles honors along with Carlo Rosellini. Jashan Joachim is a second team all-conference selection, while Emil Remsted and Martino Colabella collect first team All-SAC doubles recognition. In addition, Michael Cabana has been named the SAC Coach of the Year for the 17th time in his career.

LeBron is the #43 singles player in the country. He is 9-4 on the season, going 6-0 against league opponents. He has compiled an 8-4 record at two singles, adding a victory at #1 singles.

Rosellini has piled up a team-best 10 wins, going 10-3 overall with a 6-1 mark against league opponents. He is 49th-ranked singles player in the country. Rosellini has played every match at number one singles this season.

Joachim has registered eight victories this season, going 8-2 overall with a perfect 7-0 mark against conference opponents. Joachim is 3-0 at #5 singles, adding three wins at six singles to go along with a victory at three and four singles.

The duo of Remsted and Colabella has compiled a 9-4 record in doubles play, going 5-1 against league opponents. They are 7-4 at number one doubles, adding a 2-0 mark at two doubles.

Wingate is the number two seed in the SAC Tournament this week. The Bulldogs face Anderson Thursday, April 16 at 9 a.m., with the winner advancing to Friday's semifinals to face the LMU-Coker winner at 9 a.m. The championship match is set for Saturday at 9 a.m. Every match will take place at Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C.
