Wingate, N.C.----The fourth-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs clinched the outright regular season conference title Saturday afternoon, rolling to a 21-6 victory over Lincoln Memorial University in South Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse action at Irwin Belk Stadium and Founders Field. The Bulldogs improve to 11-2 overall and 8-0 in the SAC, while the Railsplitters fall to 7-7 overall and 2-6 in league play.

- Grant scored with 2:15 to go, giving the Bulldogs a 7-2 halftime advantage
THIRD PERIOD
- Gavin Reid's goal 93 seconds into the second half cut the lead to four
- Butrico answered with a goal with 12 minutes left
- Goss scored off Butrico's assist two minutes later to push the lead to six
- Clark scored off a Spence assist at the 8:54 mark to make it 10-3
- Reid scored back-to-back goals to cut the lead back to five
- Butrico answered with a goal a minute later
- Goss scored off Clark's assist with seven seconds left to put the Dogs on top 12-5
FOURTH PERIOD
